Shipping Policy for Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship orders to the exact address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you do not receive it:

Please contact your local post office or delivery carrier directly.

Once an item is marked delivered, we are unable to replace or refund it.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address:

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
