All Sales Final Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kimmy's Kustom Kreations. Please read this policy carefully—by completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is made, items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as described in section 2 below. There will be no exchanges or store credits in the case of change of mind.
(This means: the sale is final, and the buyer accepts the risk of the purchase.)

2. Exceptions 
If a mistake is made on our behalf, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing kimmyskraftykreations1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review and may offer a replacement at our discretion. 

3. Notice and Disclosure
Our “All Sales Final” policy is clearly displayed on our website at:

• The product page of each relevant item

• The shopping cart/checkout prior to purchase

• Our “Returns & Refunds / Policies” page
  By completing your purchase you accept that you have had notice of this policy.

4. Custom, Personalized, or Limited-Edition Items
Items that are custom-made, personalized, or part of a limited-run are always final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refund—unless defective or mis-described as above.
